Financial Advisor and Bond Underwriting

STATUS: Awarded 02/16/11– All proposals related to RFP #2010-AGDC-004 Financial Advisor and Bond Underwriting have been evaluated per the provisions provided in RFP.  Citigroup/Ramirez was selected February 16, 2011 as the successful firm to provide the services as defined in RFP #2010-AGDC-004; upon  award of the contract, Citigroup/Ramirez is finalizing details of the scope of work with AGDC and the work is expected to commence immediately.

As described in the introduction to the solicitation, AGDC is responsible for developing a financing plan for the potential construction of a 24” diameter, in-state natural gas pipeline between Alaska’s North Slope and tidewater in Southcentral Alaska.

AGDC is seeking the services of a qualified organization to complete a comprehensive financing plan that may include an equity investment by the State of Alaska or related entities, equity investment from other parties, issuance of taxable or tax-exempt debt, and other financing vehicles.

A more in depth description of work/scope of services may be found at Section 7 of the RFP.  The deadline for submitting a proposal in response to the RFP is 4:00 pm (local Anchorage, Alaska time) January 18, 2011.

Economic Feasibility Study Greenfield Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Extraction, Fractionization, Storage, and Export Facility

STATUS: Awarded 11/15/2010 – All proposals related to RFP #2010-AGDC-003 Economic Feasibility Study Greenfield Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Extraction, Fractionization, Storage, and Export Facility have been evaluated per the provisions provided in Section 8 of the RFP.  R.W. Beckhas been selected as the successful Offeror and was awarded the study on November 15, 2010.

Proposals Due: 10/27/2010

AGDC is seeking the services of a qualified organization to complete an economic feasibility study to address whether a greenfield NGL extraction, fractionization, storage, and shipping facility or facilities could serve as an “anchor tenant” to increase pipeline demand, justify an increase in pipeline capacity, and support the economic viability of North Slope gas delivered through the pipeline.

Greenfield Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Economic Feasibility Study

STATUS:  Awarded 11/1/10 – All proposals related to RFP #2010-AGDC-002 LNG Feasibility Study have been evaluated per the provisions provided in Section 8 of the RFP.  SAIC has been selected as the successful Offeror and was awarded the Study November 1, 2010.

AGDC is seeking the services of a qualified organization to complete an economic feasibility study to address whether a Greenfield LNG project located near tidewater in south-central Alaska or at a Fairbanks Hub could serve as an “anchor tenanf’ to increase pipeline demand, justify an increase in pipeline capacity, and support the economic viability of North Slope gas delivered through the pipeline.

Cook Inlet Gas-to-Liquid Economic Feasibility Study

Status: Awarded 09/10/2010 – Six proposals were evaluated as provided in Section 8 of the RFP, and HATCH has been selected as the successful Offeror.

The Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) is seeking the services of a qualified organization to complete an economic feasibility study to address whether a gas-to-Iiquid (GTL) project located near the Cook Inlet pipeline terminus could serve as an “anchor tenant” to increase pipeline demand, justify an increase in pipeline capacity, and support the economic viability of North Slope gas delivered to Cook Inlet.
