AGDC issued a request for proposals for a financial structuring advisor to assist in preparing a financing plan and selected a joint proposal of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc, and Samuel A. Ramirez & Co., Inc. (C&R). They reviewed the project in the context of optimizing financing structures for AGDC. This report is the product of their analysis.
